“It was stated on the booking that a **max** of 15 would be on board. Looking at the vehicle, this is why we booked this "comfortable" experience. I am 6'1" and my son is 6'5". We are don't travel unless we have the money to get comfortable seats. We buy exit rows or we don't go (flights, etc.) as it totally ruins any experience if we can't sit comfortably. Though we were the first waiting for the van, we were "checked in" last and we were sent to the last seats on the bus (the only remaining)...we had to sit 4 in the back, knees basically in our lap, totally…”
